General Keith Kellogg, former National Security Council chief of staff under President Trump and Co-Chairman of the Center for American Security at America First Policy Institute, suggested that Trump be sent to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin over the invasion of Ukraine since he's "willing to walk away" from the table unless a good deal is struck.
