Rep. Austin Scott discusses the double-standard between the mainstream media’s handling of classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago versus those found at the home and offices of President Joe Biden, saying “as soon as [the media] found out about President Trump, they immediately attacked him. And with Joe Biden, they've kind of handled this thing with kid gloves.” Saying that he thinks Attorney General Merrick Garland appointment of a special counsel for an investigation into President Biden’s potential mishandling of classified documents, is “probably a step in the right direction, but it needs to be handled the same from the standpoint of the mainstream media as well, the politicization of this is not okay.”
