Cain, a newly announced candidate for West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District details how he made the decision to blow the whistle, putting himself “right in the crosshairs of the FBI and Hillary Clinton.” Cain goes onto to say that by making this decision, “also it would potentially put [him] in danger of Russian intelligence agents.”
