Coates, former Boris Johnson adviser warn recent EU shift to right shows progressive immigration, climate policies global concerns

Heritage Foundation Vice President of Foreign Policy Victoria Coates and former Boris Johnson adviser Thomas Corbett-Dillion discuss the growing rightward trend happening in the EU shows that many citizens are concerned about lack of attention given to the growing dire situation of illegal immigration to their respective countries. Coates comments, but “it's also the crazy, very far left progressive climate policies that have made things so difficult for, for example, the agricultural sector, then they basically are shutting down their food and farming sectors, in the name of the environment and driving up energy prices. And I think practical people across the spectrum in Europe are saying, ‘No, we don't want this,’ and you could see something similar in the United States.”
