Megan is a former kindergarten teacher turned real estate advisor. She went from taking care of people's most valuable "possession", their child, to helping with most of the time the largest investment of their life. In 2013, she moved to Florida and got her real estate license. From the beginning she knew she could work 24/7/365 and still not get it all done, so she formed her team, "The Megan Farrell Team" in 2015. The following year, Brady, Megan's husband, got his real estate license and in 2019 they made a move to EXP and opened a branch office. Today their team sits with the two of them and 6 other agents. Their local office currently has 20+ agents and is growing each week. They are 2xICON agents and are on track to see their 3rd this year. Past president of the local board, past chair for Florida REALTORS Young Professionals Network, REALTOR of the Year for her local board, Citizen of the Year for the City of Palm Coast, Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in her area, and a mom!
