When it comes to business, one of the most important things is to make sure that the team is aligned with the vision, values, and goals of the company. You need to make sure that you have all three components in alignment as well as on the same page so they know how they're contributing and can identify if something is not right or needs improvement. Without this alignment, your business will slowdown and you'll start seeing negative results.
