Gina Hanson is an agent since 2007, had a small team of 7, sold over 200 a year, Team Leader for 7 years, and owner of the Works Coaching Company for the last 3 years. Gina is a board game, logic puzzle geek, and a voracious reader whose secret power is finding loopholes in life. Gina spent my school years either tutoring kids or in the principal's office trying to get out of detention. They were poor, not that starving kind of poor, more like the 'if you want anything you better get a job yourself' kinda way. When she was a kid they flipped houses way before anyone else did to make extra money. Gina has lived in over 60 houses, which means she has some mad moving skills. Today, Gina is a storyteller and a coach for their team. She believes that Real estate is a numbers game. It's also a logic puzzle, fairy tale, and sometimes a whodunit crime scene.
