We are super excited to have Nick DeVito on Expert Mentors Live with us to talk about agent attraction and retention in 2022 and beyond. Nick DeVito is the Chief Recruiting Officer for Honey Badger Nation, REALTOR, and Senior Agent at EXP Realty. Nick is licensed in both Insurance and Real Estate. Before Real Estate, Nick consulted for a 2.5-billion-dollar REIT, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and had properties in 15 states. Nick's primary functions are to Recruit, Coach, Train, and Mentor Agents to meet and exceed their career and personal goals. Nick has been in the Top 5% of Agents in Volume for the last 17 years in Real Estate. Personally, Nick and Cindy have 3 Children (Fiona, Nicholas, and Brady.) When not working you can find Nick coaching all 3 of his children in Football, Hockey, Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse just to name a few. Although he has accomplished much in his professional Real Estate career in the last 17 years if you ask Nick he will always say "Family is and will always be the most important aspect of my life."
