South Africans brace for mixed weather on Thursday, with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected. The South African Weather Service has issued a yellow level two warning for severe thunderstorms in KwaZulu-Natal, the Northern Cape, and the Free State. A wide band of rain will stretch from the central interior to the east, bringing a sixty percent chance of storms in the Free State, central Northern Cape, and interior KwaZulu-Natal.
