Join the eighth annual Paws on the Promenade this Sunday, April twelfth, from nine a.m. at Mouille Point lighthouse. A dog-friendly fundraiser for Mdzananda Animal Clinic and Shelter, it features a five-kilometer stroll with shorter options. Last year, they raised thirty-seven thousand rand, aiming higher this time to support the clinics work with twenty-two thousand animals annually. Expect a parade of dressed-up dogs, raffles, food stalls, and more. Tickets are fifty rand per person, fifty per dog, twenty-five for kids under twelve. Humans without dogs are welcome too. Rent a homeless dog for the walk and enjoy a vibrant morning of fun that supports those in need.
