How can I get people out of their heads and into their hearts?

How can I get people out of their head and into their heart? Many are still confused at why a child wouldn’t say something at the time. Or why they never showed us any signs. 

I think people are forgetting what it used to be like, to be a child, and the puzzle I’m trying to solve is, how can I change that?

I’m developing a few ideas and I’ve revealed them on this to see what you think. 

My aim is to get people saying ‘ahh now I understand it’.
