Show Notes

Plant medicines like ayahuasca, san pedro, peyote, psilocybin and cannabis have been used for thousands of years maybe even hundreds of thousands of years used by humans all around the world. These medicines are some of the strongest substances known to humans and have been used to spark change, self-discovery and connection with the planet and with each other.

I've had the opportunity to work on myself with some of these incredible medicines over the past 5 years. These medicines helped me understand not just myself in a whole new way but its allowed me to connect with many people in my life.

This weekend I had a chance to take part in my first san pedro ceremony and I felt for today's episode I share with you the importance of plant medicines in my life; their benefits, the experience, the growth.
