Show Notes

Alan Dershowitz - Opening statements in the Donald Trump hush money trial began yesterday. The prosecution argued for election interference while Trump’s team claimed election interference is permissible if the act is not illegal. With that being said, is there an actual crime to convict the former president?

Jime Nelles - Alvin Bragg seems to have taken what would be a small incident and turned it into a trial. Jime Nelles of The Blaze wrote a piece “Trump’s New York ordeal echoes sinister Soviet show trials” breaking down the hypocrisy of this entire case.

Walker Wildmon - Democrats are pushing ballot initiatives heading into November that would lead to fewer restrictions on abortions such as Florida Amendment 4, Right to Abortion Initiative. Governor Desantis seems to believe the language in this amendment is purposefully misleading to voters. Conservatives need to pay attention to the left’s misdirection.

Gino Geraci - Americans are split on the $95 billion aid package. How Should conservatives feel about where this money is headed? Plus, is Mike Johnson still the right man for the Speaker of the House?
