The U.S. Supreme Court issued an opinion yesterday in Moore v. Harper, a highly anticipated opinion dealing with the Elections Clause in Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution. Former U.S. Representative John Hostettler joins Jenna to discuss this opinion and its possible impact on future elections, and a wider discussion of a runaway judiciary that is power-grabbing.
