Journalist Simon Ateba’s press credentials were revoked arbitrarily by the Biden Administration, denying him entry into the press briefing rooms, according to Ateba’s new lawsuit against Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. The First Amendment protects the freedom of the press, and and Ateba’s attorney Gary Lawkowski also joins to discuss the merit of the suit and why there should be standards for press passes that don’t allow a current administration to discriminate against journalists whose questions they don’t prefer.
