The US Supreme Court heard oral argument today in Moore v. United States, which will contemplate whether the IRS can lawfully tax “unrealized” gains. This case has the potential to force Congress to reform the tax code, and Tho Bishop from Mises Institute joins to break it down and what could happen when the Court issues its opinion next Spring. The opinion has the potential to have a quadrillion dollar earthquake impact to Washington’s reckless spending!
