The Supreme Court heard twin cases today on the issue of Joe Biden’s Dept of Education’s authorization for student loan forgiveness to the tune of $400 Billion. Jenna breaks down the legal analysis of the cases, oral arguments, and likely decision of the Court. Much of the conversation from both sides has been on the POLICY of student loan forgiveness, but the constitutional LEGAL question is very different.
