Today on the show Jayson is talking with John LeBlanc about coaching and how effective it can be if you treat it correctly. It can be difficult and uncomfortable to be told how to improve, especially if you've been set in your ways for a long time, but Jayson is trying and growing from his CEO coach, learning what he does well and what he needs to improve on.
Jayson and John talk about how a coach can be a teacher, a motivator, and a cheerleader all in one. Finding the right coach for you is important as well, it's ok to disagree with some of the teachings of your coach, but if you fundamentally disagree with almost everything they are saying, it might be time to look for a new one.
Coaching is vital to achieving your goals in both business and personally, challenge yourself by finding the right coach for you!
