The CBN has finally bowed to the Supreme Court's order to allow old naira notes to be legal tender. This has sparked some level of excitement among Nigerians. However, with the gubernatorial polls only a few days away, will this new order have any effect on the elections? And was the CBN's plans to curb vote buying effective in the last elections.
