Muritala Ajaka, Governorship candidate of the SDP in the just concluded off-season election in Kogi state says he's not going to court to challenge the outcome of that exercise, describing it as a waste of time and resources. His reason is that INEC would come forth to defend the exercise which he says was rigged. Does this portend a bad sign already and the gradual loss of trust in the Judiciary and INEC?
