Our Guest holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Diversity and Leadership. Jonathan is passionate about empowering leaders to create equitable spaces for those around them. Over the last decade, Jonathan has coached and consulted leaders in higher education, non-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations on creating sustainable and thriving cultures that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Jonathan also hosts a podcast called, Real Talk with Dumas Podcast, where he has meaningful and substantive conversations on society and culture.
