Back in October 2015, Jason Hartman joined Mark Podolsky on his podcast, The Best Passive Income Model Show, to discuss real estate investing. They delved into leverage, a few of his 10 Commandments, and the importance of setting up a system.
Mark first bought raw land in 2001, which helped him escape his high-stress, soulless corporate job. He now owns Frontier Properties and has completed over 5,000 land deals, with an average ROI of over 300% on cash flips and 1,000% on deals with financing.
