斎藤元彦兵庫県知事への告発文書問題をきっかけに注目を集めた「公益通報者保護法」について。1974年、運輸業界の闇カルテルの実態を内部告発。報復人事で32年間、閑職に追いやられたものの、訴訟を起こし、「公益通報者保護法」が出来るきっかけを作った串岡弘昭さんと考えました。
