大川原化工機をめぐる冤罪事件で、拘留中に体調を崩し、被告のまま亡くなった元顧問、相嶋静夫さんの親族が拘置所医療の改善を訴えて国に損害賠償を求めた訴訟の判決で、東京地裁が請求を棄却しました。この判決について、原告側の弁護士、高田剛さんに伺いました。
