He graduated from Michigan State University in 2013 where he began working in the political realm in both the private sector as well as the legislative branch. Before leaving politics in 2018, he worked for a large healthcare association where he represented the political interests of hospitals throughout the state of Michigan. Dillon also has experience as a commercial real estate broker focusing on investment sales as well as currently owning and managing a portfolio of retail and multifamily assets, most recently with the acquisition of a 62 unit apartment complex in West Virginia.
