Welcome to the Multi-FAMILY zone podcast, where business meets family. The hosts of the show, Julia and Gino Barbaro, have been married for over twenty years, and have six children. Julia homeschools the children, and recently became a marriage and life coach to help couples become better communicators and help enrich their lives. The couple is constantly asked about how they balance their entrepreneurial and real estate journey while raising their kids. The Multi-FAMILY zone was created to address these questions, along with a host of questions from the Jake and Gino community. It is so easy for us to judge, assume and point out everything wrong with the way people act, speak, think and do everything. I’m noticing the more we do this the less we take care of how we act, think, speak, and do things. I wonder if we do this as an excuse not to work on our personal development. What if we shift our focus from them to us…what would we see? I challenge you -for the next 3 day -Become Aware of Only Yourself. Our thoughts The words we use Our Actions Our Reaction to what’s happening Our letting go of grudges and choosing to forgive Are we ready to take 100% responsibility for yourself? When we do- we start changing - our views, our thoughts, our relationships all for the better. If nothing changes in ourselves, nothing will change in our relationship with yourself, and others. What needs to change in us? The great thing is we can’t control anyone. Only ourselves. What can I do now to make these changes?
