After hogging out on vegan desserts GALORE these past few weeks, we decided that it's time for us to finally address our brutal Shorkey "sweet tooth" on the podcast. So today, we're discussing whether it's really sugar that we crave or is it some kind of connection? We also challenge ourselves to do a full week "sugar detox" and discuss some of our fave non-food rewards to use as a "treat" system instead. It's a sweet episode you don't wanna miss, bruh!
