Show Notes

In a perfect world, if we just listened to our bodies, we'd eat just enough to keep them running efficiently and none of us would ever starve or overeat. But thanks to the advertising world shoving images of salty/sugary, fatty, delicious foods in our faces PLUS society's obsession with being thin, our minds and bodies constantly go into battle with each other and we get all messed up on what we should eat and just how much of it to eat. So today on the podcast, we're talking about all things HUNGER. And how to know when you should be giving into those hunger urges and how to find that sweet spot between being nicely satisfied and never uncomfortably starving or stuffed.
