I'm Kari O'Driscoll author, speaker, and founder of the SELF Project. I'm a coach working with educators, parents, and teenagers and I am passionate about helping build strong, healthy, relationships. I also work with memoir writers to bring forward their own stories. On this episode, I share my personal story, why I started this podcast, and what you can look forward to on future episodes. Exploring the way we relate to ourselves, the people in our lives, and the world around us is the whole premise and I hope you'll join me to see what we can learn.
