We're FINALLY actually talking about the show Ancient Aliens today to discuss the Nazca Lines — massive geoglyphs located in the Peruvian coastal plain. Some are just lines, while some are in the intricate shapes of animals. But, you can only see these figures from the sky... kinda.
Were they symbols meant for extraterrestrial visitors? Were they runways for ancient aircraft? How could these have even been built in the first place? It's impossible to know! Except, uh, actually it's not. The actual history behind the Nazca Lines is even more interesting than assuming they were made by aliens.
