Instead, Dr. B interviews Farrah Sonnenberg, the President and Founder of Sonnenberg Consultants which provides individualized treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Sonnenberg provides comprehensive services include standardized testing and therapy at multiple, convenient locations. This midsized company has 200+ employees and Farrah has been learning and applying NVC with her leadership team and seeing some very exciting results. In this interview, she shares about the NVC journey, her company, and how The Bigbie Method has been very helpful in growing NVC in her organization.
