In this episode, Dr. B and Heather talk about how easy it is to "screw things up" when practicing NVC - especially in the early stages. There is so much to learn and understand and apply that it's very hard to remember it all and apply it in particular when one is in a heated moment. During their conversation, Heather and Dr. B talk about the iterative nature of the process and how so much is learned when people don't get it right initially and then have a do-over. They also discuss how important practice and community (with people who know the process) are to taking NVC from an intellectual process to a living process.
