140-Dr. B Wrote a Book - My Link to Mildred
Dr. B published her book on May 2, 2023, in honor of her mother who passed away exactly one year earlier. In it's first week, it was designated an "Amazon Best Seller" in several categories. The book is My Link to Mildred: Interrupting the Epidemic of Trauma via Nonviolent Communication and can be purchased on Amazon. In this episode, Dr. B explains the inspiration for the book and a little about the contents.
