109-NVC on the Trail - Peace on the Homefront

Episode 109 is with Dr. B and her good friend Anne as they discuss NVC on their morning walk. Please forgive the sound quality as the recording was done, off the cuff, while walking along the trail. We thought the content was worth putting out there - even with the less than perfect sound quality. One of the things discussed was how much better things have been with Anne and her daughter just by using the simple process of reflecting rather than trying to strong arm her daughter into doing things. Anne has found that usually by just listening, a level of cooperation will occur naturally. Another topic shared was about a recent disconnection that Anne had with her husband and how, by sticking with NVC process, they ended up being able to really hear and understand one another and come back into connection!
