The US Supreme Court rules US Presidents are not immune from prosecution for unofficial acts and not everything a President does is considered official and 13 year-old member of Utica, NY's Karen community (originating from Myanmar) is shot and killed by Utica Police after a pedestrian stop. Nyah Mway fled from police, was subdued, then shot while on the ground after officers said he displayed "what appeared to be a handgun", a Glock 17 replica pellet gun was recovered.
