Judge Scott McAfee issued a decision regarding the effort to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the RICO case involving former President Donald Trump's attempts to persuade Georgia officials to generate 11,000 votes for him in the 2020 election, stating that Fan Willis could remain on the case as long as Nathan Wade was removed from her team.
