A couple is sentenced to only 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy and sex abuse charges after admitting to abusing a girl from age 4 to 12 with the investigation finding they “engaged in a scheme to commit sexual battery,” and documented the abuse in journals and photos and a couple is on trial for the manslaughter after their son committed a school shooting with a gun they bought him after ignoring his mental health issues and requests for help.
