It is called Wine Democracy and features all the Italian Wine Podcast Hosts' within its pages. Each host was asked to take some of their most thought-provoking interviews and use them to talk about their understanding of democracy and wine. At its heart, is the simple principle that the world of wine should be accessible to all, regardless of income, status, background or ethnicity. Often it means the modernization of practices and habits, it is a concept that is also concerned with the preservation and protection of vulnerable ecosystems and fragile cultures.
