Despite a four percent decrease in sales, high-end ZIP codes accounted for seventy-two percent of all county sales. Newcomers to the million-dollar club include Midway City, Placentia, and two spots in Garden Grove. Meanwhile, Fullerton, Irvine, and Brea saw their median prices drop below the million-dollar mark. Countywide, the median home price reached one point one seven million dollars, with a four percent decrease in total sales.
