A new federal medical center is set to open in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico, after decades of promise. This 235,000 square foot facility will offer dialysis, diabetes care, and optometry services, easing the burden on the overcrowded and outdated Albuquerque Indian Health Center. The center, to be run by the U.S. Indian Health Service, is part of a larger effort to replace aging facilities and meet growing demand. Kennedy Junior only a start.
