Eine "Große Grüne Mauer" quer durch Afrika zu pflanzen, ist ein geradezu utopisches Projekt der Afrikanischen Union. Seit 2005 konnten trotz hoher Investitionen erst 15 Prozent verwirklicht werden. Dann haben die Macher umgedacht.
