Als im Frühjahr 1986 die radioaktive Staubwolke des Reaktorbrandes von Tschernobyl über Mitteleuropa zog, landeten in Deutschland gerade mal 200 bis 300 Gramm radioaktiver Staub auf dem Boden. Doch die Folgen spüren wir immer noch: Pilze und Fleisch von Wildschweinen sind immer noch verstrahlt. Warum hält sich das radioaktive Cäsium so lange im Boden?
