It’s a new year, and it’s time to reflect on the challenges of the past year and look forward to what comes next.
Of course, 2022 will be filled with challenges, since we’re still living in challenging times. But challenging times don’t have to break us. They can actually be opportunities to help us grow and get to the next level.
First we have to reflect on the challenges and problems we’re currently facing in our lives and realize what we need to do to move past them. It could be a mindset change, an investment in yourself, or a close relationship with a new mentor.
