Are you feeling like your old stories are creeping back in?
Feeling like you're experiencing, thinking about or repeating stories of the past or questioning why you or someone else is doing something…. again?
I've been witnessing a lot of old stories popping up right now and I want people to know that this is a great time to manifest. It's a great time to believe in us instead of going down the same path with our old stories. It can be good to look at our old stories to learn from them and create what we want now.
On today's show Regan Forston and I will be talking about how to negotiate our old stories. How to move through the emotions, tones of voice, and triggers thinking back on the past can re-energize. We can give those stories new interpretations to assist us in really seeing what The Universe is guiding us towards NOW.
