About Ezekiel My name is Ezekiel and I’m the host of Expanded Minds Podcast. Just like anyone who is on a spiritual journey I seek to know the truth around my existence and the truth about what this universe is and who made it. I’ve had somewhat of a connection to something higher since I was involved heavily into church culture and activity. I ended up suffering from depression which brought me to existential questions such as why I’m here and why would God let me go through all this suffering. At my lowest point in high school , I thought about suicide constantly and cried in the bathroom stalls so no one could see the mess I was. While I was on YouTube one day, I ran into a video where I saw these group of Christian’s(called the last reformation) and they performed miracles and casted demons out of people. When I watched their videos, I had my first deep spiritual awakening. My depression vanished in an instant and I felt so much love in my heart. I felt like my spirit was wrapped around the entire earth at some points and I was so conscious that there was a God and I could feel him watching me. Despite all my years in church this is the first time I knew God existed. I spent the rest of this season in my life evangelizing, performing miracles and casting demons out of people. One day I felt what I was doing was fake and the deep love that I felt started to vanish and I felt abandoned by God. Going from such a high state back to a lower one devastated me and I started thinking something was wrong with me. I had the idea that in order to get that state back, I could start doing psychedelics. This didn’t last long as I experienced states where I went completely insane and had a couple bad trips so I stopped These bad trips revealed and even made my mental state worse to the point of entering a psychotic state and panic attacks. I felt I was going to lose my mind if I didn’t try and heal myself. I remembered a meditation teaching I ran into on YouTube and I thought that was my only chance to recover my mind after the drugs and my attitude towards life had devastated me. When meditating, I started to reclaim my mind and had a very intense awakening around 2019. So many intuitions hit me and I started to see life in a different way. I started to feel positive again and that I can change my life for the better. I got so many downloads and I wanted to share them so I started my YouTube channel around then. I had a desire to help people with their mental health and spiritual journey so that was the purpose of making these solo talks. One day my friend had a very intense acid trip and I could feel him exuding such a strong aura during it and I guided him through the trip intuitively. I thought that we should share what happened to other people and that’s when I started the podcast. The first few episodes were with my friends but my friends no longer wanted to be on the podcast so I started to branch out. The next episode was with Jose who was a mentor in my life and then there was Sean Blackwell who helped me do emotional clearings which helped me when I was going through psychosis around 2019. Now I live a life trying to deepen my meditation practice, and also return to the state that I was in as a child.
