Show Notes
Hey you wild women!
We are all overwhelmed on some level, but as women, and especially as mothers, we are an over-the-top crap-shoot of anxiety and stress. I see it in me, and I see it with my guests and clients. Here's the thing, overwhelm is often from procrastination, and procrastination is often a trauma response trying to keep us safe (Which most times, as I discuss on this show, is not real.)
In this episode, you will learn about:
- What is procrastination and how it controls us
- How to identify the triggers that cause procrastination
- How to reduce distraction
- Understanding that the more you put it off, the more it grows
