I’m going to hazard a guess and say that if you’re listening to this podcast, you’re the kind of person who is driven, ambitious and want to improve yourself. But what happens when you define your identity by your work? You hold yourself to an almost impossibly high standard, you end up taking too much on for too long, and it’s EXHAUSTING.
This ep was completely impromptu after a chat between Emma and I, but if you’re feeling burnt out, tired, and like everything you’re doing still isn’t enough then I think you’ll get a lot out of this chat. No advice in this ep, just support - we see you, it’s hard.
