Welcome to ICB Spain's first podcast of 2018. During the time of the prophet Isaiah, the Israelites would start off each year in a time of fasting. In this week's message Lead Pastor John Carrano teaches from Isaiah 58 on how we should posture ourselves during times of prayer and fasting.

- Allow the Holy Spirit to align your heart with His as you begin 2018
- What is God asking you to surrender to Him during this time of prayer and fasting?
- How is He asking you to move forward?
Challenge
- Make fasting and prayer a priority. Intentionally spend time connecting with the Father.
- Remember, God is not impressed by our sacrifice, rather He is moved by our surrender.
