Russell and Penelope first matched on Hinge last month and it only took them a week before they actually went on their first date. Russell tells us that he loved his conversation with Penelope and her smile and that they went to a Nationals game for their first date. Russell shares that they even went on a second date where Penelope came over to his place and he cooked dinner for her.
