Evmos Brings Ethereum POS to Cosmos, Radically Reduces Fees

Evmos is a Cosmos SDK native appchain with EVM (Web3) compatibility built in. Because it's the EVM, powered by Tendermint BFT, it is an alternative Ethereum Proof-of-Stake to ETH 2.0. Evmos is a key piece of interoperability infrastructure for the Interchain, as it can act as the gateway between the entire EVM ecosystem and the IBC ecosystem. Federico Kunze, co-founder of Evmos, joins us to talk about what caused the chain to halt shortly after their mainnet launch, their action plan as discussed in the war room, how people will be able to claim their rektdrop later, and he alludes to one of its first NFT PFP projects that's minting on Evmos called Orbital Apes.
